Connection, Healing & Community event: Paint and Sip!

Come and relax and reflect as we spend the afternoon connecting and painting. Grab a drink and brush and create an image that represents what boundaries mean to you.

This is an event under the theme "Redefining Boundaries: Connection. Healing. Community" this May, to commemorate Sexual Violence Awareness Month. This month helps us support survivors of violence and promote prevention.

Call for art submissions

In keeping with the theme, submit your art—paintings, drawings, digital art, and more—that explores the ideas of boundaries, healing, and resilience. Selected pieces will be showcased in the Art Exhibition in September 2025.

Join us in creating a powerful space for reflection, storytelling, and community connection. Send your digital art to consent@norquest.ca or drop off physical art to the Centre for Growth & Harmony (SCFL 1-101) by mid-September.
