Gracefully Address Workplace Bullying, Without Risking Your Career

Healthcare providers can provide compassionate and heart-centered care when they have a psychologically safe workplace. The reality is workplace bullying affects more than 60% of healthcare workers on a regular basis, creating toxic environments that put nursing practice and patient outcomes at risk.

This inspiring presentation will give you the tools you did not learn in school so you can stop relying on playground tactics and create real world change with real world solutions.

Gracefully Addressing Workplace Bulling is designed to inspire healthcare workers, educators, and leaders to have more courageous conversations and will provide the tools and resources needed to confidently handle difficult conversations so they can smile more at work.

We are asking for employers and peers to please send us something that shows recognition for your colleagues and staff. We are looking for short stories, comments, photos, etc. that we can share with the audience throughout the day. If you know HCAs that deserve recognition at the conference, please email the details you would like to share to healthcareaide@norquest.ca with the subject “HCA Conference Recognition.”
