All you need to know about infection control

Are you practicing safe infection control while providing care for your loved one? Do you often worry about spreading COVID-19 or other viruses to your carer—especially if they’re immunocompromised?

Perhaps you’ve even attempted your own research, but finding the right information isn’t easy, and you’re not sure if you’re practicing the right procedures.

Our workshop—All you need to know about infection control—will provide you with the guidance, information, and techniques to practice safe infection control and protect your loved one or yourself.

In this free, two-hour virtual workshop, you’ll learn:

  • How infections are spread
  • Ways you can protect yourself and your loved ones by preventing the spread of infection, including proper handwashing, personal protective equipment, and social distancing
  • Suggestions to maintaining self-isolation within the home
  • How to understand the chain of infection and how it pertains to the home environment
  • New skills in cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilization

After completing this workshop, you’ll feel confident knowing you’re providing safe and effective care for your loved one.

Join us for this FREE, online workshop taught by health-care professionals. You’ll also have the chance to connect with other caregivers and have your questions answered.
