Jonathan Robb joined NorQuest College in 2010 as Chief of Staff to the President & CEO and has since served in numerous portfolios and across a diversity of roles at the college. Jonathan accepted the role of Vice President of the Learner Experience portfolio after successful terms in student supports and services, enrolment and admissions, regional stewardship, and learner experience design. Jonathan’s achievements through these roles includes guiding the creation of the College’s indigenization strategy, Wahkohtowin, and sparking the rapid growth of international students to the college.
Jonathan serves with an empowering leadership style and has a reputation for establishing and leading successful strategic initiatives. He creates and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and provides encouraging, collaborative, integrated leadership across the organization.
Prior to joining NorQuest, Jonathan career in healthcare at the Ministry of Health, the Canadian Patient Safety Institute, Capital Health, and Alberta Health Services.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta and a Master’s in Business Administration from Royal Roads University.
