Ashley is the Vice President, Corporate Services at Thrive, building teams, designing programs, and leading through change. She collaborates with all department leads to ensure our people practices and programs are firmly established, to drive a culture of excellence that attracts and retains top talent. She also coaches both new and experienced people leaders across Thrive to establish a team ready for growth and opportunity as our company continues to scale.
Ashley brings over a decade of experience in talent planning, leadership development, career progression, and performance management. She has held leadership positions across both for-profit and non-profit organizations and within the tech industry.
Ashley holds a CPHR, CEC, and CMP designations, as well as a BA in Psychology from the University of Lethbridge. She completed a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, and is a licensed Change Management Practitioner through APMG International. When not working, Ashley can be found hanging out with her chocolate lab or running in the river valley.
