Ashley is the Director, People & Culture at Thrive, building teams, designing programs, and leading through change. She collaborates with all department leads to ensure our people practices and programs are firmly established, to drive a culture of excellence that attracts and retains top talent. She also coaches both new and experienced people leaders across Thrive to establish a team ready for growth and opportunity as our company continues to scale.
Ashley brings over a decade of experience in talent planning, leadership development, career progression, and performance management. She has held leadership positions across both for-profit and non-profit organizations and within the tech industry.
Ashley holds a CPHR, CEC, and CMP designations, as well as a BA in Psychology from the University of Lethbridge. She completed a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, and is a licensed Change Management Practitioner through APMG International. When not working, Ashley can be found hanging out with her chocolate lab or running in the river valley.
