Experience neurodiversity through virtual reality
In this immersive virtual reality workshop, you’ll explore neurodiversity in the workplace through real-world interactions and multiple perspectives. In a safe, experiential environment, you’ll explore accessibility challenges, practice inclusive behaviours, and uncover strategies to help build a workplace where more people feel valued, supported, and set up to succeed.
Delivered by the Colbourne Institute for Inclusive Leadership, this workshop moves beyond awareness to practice. Whether you lead strategy, hiring, training, or culture change, you’ll leave with concrete actions that can strengthen employee engagement, reduce turnover, and foster a more equitable workplace culture.
