Build a more disability-just workplace

Explore the foundations of disability justice and how its principles can be applied in workplace and employment settings.

Join Brooke Leifso, Research Chair in Workplace Inclusion and Accessibility, for a free online webinar examining the Disability Justice framework developed by Sins Invalid. Together, participants will explore the framework’s core principles, strengths, and critiques, as well as practical opportunities to pursue disability justice in the workplace.

This session invites Disabled workers, employers, social service agencies and community members to learn together and from one another. Participants will develop an understanding of disability justice theory and identify ways to advance disability justice in their workplaces.
