Offered through NorQuest Continuing Education, these workshops are designed specifically for admin roles and focus on practical AI use you can apply immediately.

This offering includes two workshops delivered on separate evenings. You may register for one or both, depending on your experience and interest. Each stands on its own, but together they offer a complete skill progression.

No technical background required. No theory overload. These sessions are hands-on, realistic, and grounded in day-to-day admin work.

Workshop 1: Everyday AI skills for administrative professionals

March 10, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm

This workshop is designed for administrative professionals who are new to AI or only use it occasionally. The focus is confidence, clarity, and practical daily use.

You will learn how to use AI as a reliable assistant for communication, meeting support, and information cleanup while keeping human judgment firmly in control.

This workshop is designed for admin professionals who already use AI and want stronger, more consistent results. The focus is moving from one-off use to repeatable workflows that stand-up to leadership expectations.

You will learn how to structure inputs, control outputs, and produce executive-ready materials with confidence.

Who should attend

  • Administrative professionals who completed Workshop 1
  • Executive assistants and senior admin professionals
  • Admin staff supporting managers, directors, or executives
  • Anyone expected to produce briefs, updates, or decision support materials
