Hospitality and service workers are important in shaping a positive experience in all customer service industries. Whether you work in a restaurant, hotel, retail store, or are an aspiring general manager for a five-star resort, our Hospitality Management training is for you.

What to expect from the program

NorQuest College's Hospitality Management professional development training consists of courses that cover a variety of topics relating to the hospitality industry. These courses can be taken individually and online, making them convenient for your schedule.

Our courses have been designed to offer both introductory and specialized levels of guest service and management training, equipping you and your business with the practical skills needed to create the most memorable client experience possible.

Each course is $400 + GST. You can start at any time and are allowed a maximum of 10 weeks to complete each course.
