Introduction to Project Management in Healthcare - XHLT 3300

This badge will give learners the knowledge and ability to apply project management concepts to a variety of healthcare and non-healthcare settings. Specifically, learners will be introduced to the project management life cycle and supporting tools used in project management. Learners will also have the opportunity to apply project management tools in sample scenarios. By analyzing the components used in project management, learners will feel confident in identifying how the tools can be used to maximize results.
