Contract services

Our contract services provide turnkey services for organizations who require project work to be completed but for various reasons cannot take the work on inhouse.

What do our contract services include?

Contract work will initially focus on the areas currently trained within NorQuest’s Upskilling for Data Analytics and Business Intelligence program and includes:

  • Data Analytics,
  • Digital Assessment Management, and
  • Audio Postproduction

By focusing contract services within the three areas listed above, we can readily leverage the inhouse expertise of program graduates and workplace practicum students.

Under the supervision of WAIC personnel, participants would be contracted on a project-by-project basis to fulfill the project work required by your organization either onsite or offsite.

Benefits of using our contract services

Through contract services, you can quickly staff up with highly qualified talent. Plus, NorQuest handles the human resources component of training, supervising, and coordinating contract workers, effectively reducing any staff management burdens for your organization.

Reduce time cost of internal hiring procedures

Many organizations have difficulties receiving approval to add new employees to the team. Securing contract services is generally considered a more budget-friendly and time-saving decision.

Enhance your corporate social responsibility

Your organization likely views hiring pan-disability workers as a positive decision in creating a more inclusive and diverse team, but you may not be prepared to hire or supervise talent with these diverse needs.
