Instructor Information

The WILCEC collaborates with NorQuest instructors to promote career education to students.

Career coaches are available to present to classes as guest speakers. To request a class presentation, complete the class presentation request form at least three days prior to your requested presentation date. A member of the WILCEC team will contact you within one business day of receiving this request to determine logistics.

Don’t Cancel That Class!

If instructors plan to be away for a scheduled vacation or conference, WILCEC career coaches can present to classes on workforce relevant topics. To request a class presentation, complete the presentation request form at least three business days prior to your requested presentation date. The WILCEC will be in contact to determine logistics.

Career coaches are coming in as guest presenters on the available WILCEC topics; they are not teaching course curriculum.

Course Assignments

The WILCEC also supports career education assignments in courses. Instructors can assign resume or cover letter reviews, mock interviews, or other one-on-one career coaching appointments to their students. The WILCEC career coaches will support students in the development of their career tools and work with the instructor to let them know who completed the assignment. Email wilcec@norquest.ca for more information on ways to partner on career education assignments
