Wellness Wednesdays is an initiative run by the Centre for Growth & Harmony and the Students’ Association of NorQuest College.

Wellness Wednesdays

Come join us on the first and third Wednesday of every month. It's an opportunity to meet other students and explore an area of wellness and/or self-care.

Have you heard that something is good for your wellness but weren’t really sure what it is, or how to do it? Here is where we can explore wellness activities together.

Over time, students will have a range of skills and knowledge to use by themselves or with friends and family to foster health and wellness in everyday life. Activities will range from yoga, meditation, journaling and crafts, to physical activity/sports, menu planning, and finding community resources.

If you have an activity you’d like to see included in Wellness Wednesdays, let us know! Email wellness@norquest.ca with your ideas!

Via Blackboard The room will be open 15 mins early and we’ll get started right at noon.

How to join?

You don’t need to register to attend Wellness Wednesdays, just click the link above and join us whenever you can. If you can’t make it for the whole hour, no worries – we’d love to see you for however long you’re able to be there for!
