Exam Request & Writing Information

The Testing Centre is currently closed due to COVID-19.

If you are a NorQuest student looking for exam writing information, contact your instructor.

Online students must write all exams by their course end date and be supervised for major exams. There are two ways this can be arranged.

Write at NorQuest College

If you are an online student of NorQuest College and live within 100 kilometres of a NorQuest College campus (Edmonton Campus, Drayton Valley, Wetaskiwin, Whitecourt), you are expected to write there.

Note: Exams must be booked at least two business days before the exam writing date. It is strongly recommended that you book your exams at least two weeks in advance to ensure you have a spot reserved. Testing space is limited during final exam weeks that take place at the end of the Fall term (December) and the Winter term (April).

Write at another location

If you are an online student of NorQuest College and do not live within 100 km of a NorQuest College campus, you may request to have someone else administer your exams. Exam administers must be approved by NorQuest prior to exam writing.

Note: Exams with your own administrator must be booked at least five business days before the exam writing date if writing in Canada OR at least 30 business days before the writing date if writing outside Canada.
