Official transcripts are $15 + GST, and can be requested when you register for your exam. Official transcripts will be sent directly from NorQuest College to the institution you indicate on your registration form. You can always request additional transcripts at a later date from the Office of the Registrar.
Applying for school online through ApplyAlberta? Your NorQuest transcript will be sent electronically and for free.
Payment must accompany your registration form, so please don’t email it to us. We don't want to compromise your credit card information through email. By phone, we will accept Visa or MasterCard only. In person, we accept Visa, MasterCard, debit, cash, money order, or certified cheque (no personal cheques, please). Bring your form and payments to:

You must register and pay for your challenge exam in full a minimum of one week prior to the writing date.
If you have registered, and need to cancel, you must notify us a minimum of one week prior to your writing date. Any cancellations received after the cut-off date will not be eligible for a refund (no exceptions). If you are eligible for a refund and you paid by credit card, your refund will be issued to the same credit card. If you used another payment method, a cheque will be issued to you within four to six weeks.
You have the ability to change your exam date one time only per course. A $25 fee will be charged for rescheduling, which must be booked within the next two available writing dates. You must notify the Office of the Registrar in writing or by email a minimum of one week prior to your original writing date. Any requests to reschedule your exam received after this cut-off date will not be eligible for rescheduling.
