Before you apply during COVID-19

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are still welcoming and encouraging international students to apply. However, there are potential risks and uncertainty due to visa delays due to COVID and vaccine requirement to attend campus, which students need to aware of. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid study permit before the program starts.

NorQuest College does not have a deferral policy. If you fail to obtain a study permit before the program starts, the refund policy due to visa rejection can be applied to you.

Starting Winter 2022 term, all international students are expected to arrive in Canada and be available to attend in-person classes on campus. If you are not able to attend the class due to other reasons, please request to withdraw from the program. And you will lose your application fee, tuition deposit and part of your tuition (depending on when you withdraw from the program).
