Program information

Are you thinking about applying for a program, but find you still have questions after reading about the program on our website? You can book an appointment to come in and meet with a prospective student advisor.

LINC

Make an appointment to come in and apply for the Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) program.

We also offer group registration sessions for LINC where no appointment is required.

ID cards

Come in to get your student ID card made after you’ve registered in classes.

General inquiries

Before making a ‘General inquiries’ appointment, we suggest you phone us at 780.644.6000, option 1 so that we can advise you about whether you need an appointment with the Office of the Registrar or another area.

Student Navigators

Book an appointment with a student navigator for information on programs, services, testing, financial aid, course selection.

Accessibility Services

If you are registered with Accessibility Services and need to set up or discuss your accommodation plan, use the online booking tool to make an appointment with any of the staff.

If you need training or support with your assistive technology accommodations (i.e. audio, lecture recording, speech-to-text), use the online booking tool to make an appointment with an assistive technology specialist.
