What to expect from the program

Learn to apply key EDI concepts and best practices to effectively transform your workplace into a more equitable, safe, and inclusive work environment. You will gain an understanding of EDI communication strategies that will give you the confidence to advocate for change and become a better leader. The program will provide you with innovative approaches to help transform the perspectives of others.

EDI at Work covers EDI theory and practice including foundational knowledge of EDI, dynamics of EDI work in organizations, and social innovation. The program also incorporates a capstone project as a part of a work-integrated learning opportunity to equip you with the tools, strategies, and action plans to advance your EDI goals.
The program is delivered through immersive virtual and in-person sessions.
