What to expect from the program

The Business, Project, and Process Improvement program consists of two courses.

  • All classes are completed in half-days on weekdays.
    • Fundamentals course - 10 half-days
    • Advanced course - five half-days
  • Classes are held in person or choose to join the live class virtually from home.
