Whether you’re new to these concepts or looking for a refresher, this discussion will provide valuable insights.Speaker bio Saniya Ghalehdar, Program Administrator\nColbourne Institute for Inclusive Leadership Saniya (she/her) holds an EDI Certificate from the University of British Columbia and is pursuing a Women’s and Gender Studies degree at Athabasca University. She has also completed Human Rights Facilitator training with the John Humphrey’s Centre for Peace and Human Rights.At the Colbourne Institute for Inclusive Leadership, Saniya manages administrative and operational needs for the team, clients, and community partners. She also collaborates with initiatives like the Living Library, helping to foster connections and break down barriers through shared stories.Passionate about EDI work, Saniya finds joy in witnessing its impact, especially when individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. She believes in the power of this work to bring people together and create meaningful change.Outside of work, Saniya serves on the City of Edmonton’s Women’s Advisory Voice of Edmonton. As the daughter of immigrants and a proud NorQuest College alum, she is honored to further her education and support others like her parents.\n\n
