Computer Commons has three black-and-white laser printers that:

  • use letter size paper
  • are set to print double-sided, and
  • are for print jobs of 100 pages (50 double-sided pages) or less

If you need to print a formal document that requires single-sided printing or need advice on dividing a large print job into multiple jobs, see Computer Commons staff.

Printing Credits

Most students receive 20 printing credits (200 pages) per term, although students in some programs may receive more. Your printing credits balance is shown in the "PaperCut" application on the desktop when you log into any campus computer.

You may purchase additional printing credits by:

  • Paying cash at the PaperCut kiosk in Computer Commons. The kiosk does not dispense change. If you need help using the kiosk, Computer Commons staff will be happy to assist you.
  • Paying with a credit or debit card at

At the end of the term, any leftover printing credits will be carried over to the next term.
