    Further Opportunities

Explore all the possibilities your future holds with a NorQuest education.

    Transferability

NorQuest Veterinary Office Assistant graduates meet the competitive entry requirements for NAIT’s Veterinary Medical Assistant program, and are eligible for transfer credit for two Veterinary Medical Assistant courses at NAIT.

Visit Transfer Alberta to look up courses that are accepted by other post-secondary institutions.

    Further Education Opportunities

The program shares two courses with Medical Office Assistant and Hospital Unit Clerk and one course with Medical Device Reprocessing Technician, so if you choose to take one of these programs in the future you will have fewer courses to complete to get your certificate.

    Career Potential

Graduates have opportunities to work in veterinary practices and clinics, animal hospitals, related not-for-profit organizations, and veterinary supply companies.
