Professional Relations and Communications - XBUS 3004

Discover the attitudes, values, and skills required of a successful bookkeeping professional. Learn how to demonstrate professional interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, as well as how to communicate effectively and professionally using appropriate language and writing skills.  A variety of communication topics will be explored including business correspondence, presentations, social media, and Internet research.  Grammar basics will also be taught to ensure successful communication of written and oral messages. Discuss various workplace topics and issues to gain awareness and the skills needed to make sound decisions, create efficiencies, and resolve issues.
