Lean White Belt - XBUS 1660

This program provides students with a basic introduction to and awareness of "Lean thinking" and its benefits to both themselves and the organization through its successful implementation. Upon successful completion of the course, students will have a basic understanding and awareness of what "Lean" is and the benefits of applying Lean. They will also understand Lean principles and key tools and how to apply them in everyday activities, processes, and work areas. Finally, they will acquire an appreciation of the key factors for working effectively in a Lean environment.
