With workplace bullying and harassment on the rise, building a respectful workplace culture is critical to any organization. This direct, research-driven workshop provides insight into the business and legal cases for focusing on organizational culture, as well as setting guidelines to ensure that all employees, from the C-suite to the shop floor, act professionally, respectfully, and with an eye to adding value to the organization.
