Examine factors that influence our ability to communicate effectively and discover communication strategies that can improve our interactions with others. Discover the connections between effective communication, patient safety, and safe, high-quality care. Learn about theories related to communication climates, groups, teams, conflict and conflict management, and intimidation behaviour.
