Project Management: The Non-Practitioner Workshop - XBUS 3100

For those involved in projects, either as a team member, as someone impacted by a project, or as someone who will consult on a project, knowing how the project manager and project team work and what they do is essential for non-practitioners to maximize their contribution to the project. Although they don’t need to be able to do the tasks or the work of a project manager, non-practitioners need to understand the role of the project manager so they can contribute to making the project more efficient and impactful.
