You may need to have your password reset so you can log on to your computer and access your MyQuest and MyMail accounts.
Go to the Computer Commons Help Desk in the Learner Centre. Present your NorQuest student ID card or other valid form of photo identification and the Computer Commons staff will reset your password.
Note: If you are calling please have your student ID number, home address and phone number available before contacting the Computer Commons. Email requests must include this information.
MyQuest Forgotten Password Help
Setting up "Forgotten Password" help
Once you are logged on to MyQuest you can set up a security question that will allow you to reset your password if you forget in the future. To do this:
- Click on "My System Profile"
- Choose a question from the dropdown menu
- Type the answer to the question
- Click "OK"
Using "Forgotten Password" help
If you have forgotten your password, and you have previously set up the "forgotten password" help as described above you can reset your password. To do this:
- Enter your user ID
- Click on the "Forgot your password?" link
- Enter your user ID in the field provided
- Answer the question
- Click on "Email New Password"
- Login to your MyMail account to get your new temporary password
