Join us for a cherished NorQuest tradition: the annual Indigenous Career Centre BBQ! 

We are thrilled to gather with our community of job seekers, supporters, and partners to celebrate another fantastic year of the ICC. 

In collaboration with values-aligned industry partners, the ICC aims to create a positive and lasting impact for our job seekers and the community. Our annual BBQ is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our achievements, acknowledge our partners, and share recent news about the Centre. 

During the event, you’ll have the chance to mingle with NorQuest community members, including ICC job seekers, external partners, and college employees. It’s a chance to truly see the impact of your commitment and dedication.

Opportunities to meet our partners and learn how together we’re taking tangible action towards reconciliation

Frequently asked questions  

Do I need to bring anything to the BBQ?  

Rain or shine, this event will be outdoors, but we will have a tent if needed. If you’d like to bring a picnic blanket, please feel free to do so. 

Where is Miyonohk located?  

Miyonohk is located off 107 Street and 102 Ave on the east side of the Civic Employees Legacy Tower. Due to downtown construction, please allow yourself some extra time to find parking. View a map of the campus and parking areas.  

Is there a cost for the event?  

No, this event is free.  

Can I bring a plus one or a colleague?  

Absolutely! If you’d like to bring a guest to this event, please let us know on the RSVP form.
