Blackboard Support

Instructions for Accessing Blackboard Courses via MyQuest

If you have forgotten your username or password for MyQuest, please contact the Computer Commons by email computercommons@norquest.ca or phone 780.644.6085.

1. Go to MyQuest.
2. Use your MyQuest username and password to sign in.
3. Go to the Student Center tab.
4. Click on the Blackboard icon in the second column of This Week’s Schedule.

Access to Blackboard Courses No Longer Visible in This Week's Schedule

1. Click on the Academic Records link on the left and select Learning Management System.
2. Click on the Campus Blackboard Link and that will take you into your My Blackboard page.

Setup for Home Computers

The computers at the College are set up to run Blackboard, but you may have to do some configuring on your home computer to make it work. After you have completed the steps above, please do the following to check your browser settings:

1. Click on the My Blackboard link in the top right corner.
2. Click on the Check Browser link in the top right corner of the My Blackboard tab.
