When I first arrived in Edmonton, I started looking for a school that taught English. All of my friends recommended NorQuest College. I was afraid to learn English because I had never been exposed to it. NorQuest gave me the opportunity to learn and enjoy speaking English.
At NorQuest, I feel like I am at home. The teachers are friendly, the environment is wonderful and the quality of education is very high. While I was enrolled in the Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada program I grew to love this school and dreamed of working here. I got the student assistant job in the library and I had a wonderful experience. After that, I worked hard to improve my English and prepared to start a new career. The Administrative Professional program gave me the education and knowledge to reach my goals.
My first goal was to be employed at NorQuest College and I succeeded. Now I wish to continue to improve my English and further my education. |
