NorQuest’s Academic Upgrading program has been a mainstay of the Pembina Educational Consortium in Westlock for over 20 years. The program has given many adults the opportunity to complete high school courses and go on the other college programs or successful employment. By providing adult students the opportunity to upgrade their education, NorQuest’s Westlock learning site helps adult students reach their goals while staying rooted in their own community.
