December 2 is Giving Tuesday, a global movement dedicated to giving back. This year NorQuest College is partnering with the Students Association of NorQuest College (SANQC) to raise funds for the SANQC Emergency Food Bank.
Many members of our NorQuest community are experiencing significant challenges, and food insecurity has become a growing concern for our students. In recent years, requests for support have nearly tripled, with more learners than ever turning to the SANQC Emergency Foodbank for help.
When students don’t have reliable access to food, it impacts their ability to learn, focus, and thrive. Some are even forced to make difficult choices between continuing their education and meeting their basic needs.
