Besides in-class formats, you can choose programs with online real time, online at your own pace, a mix of the two that you choose, or evening and weekend classes. Build your starting point

Don't have the standard entry qualifications? NorQuest has options to help you begin your certificate or diploma program. Whatever your plan, we have a place for you to begin.

• Academic Upgrading

  Finish or upgrade high school courses to meet admission requirements for college or university.

• Open Studies

  Take credit courses at NorQuest without applying to a program. Build your skills, explore your interests, or fill gaps in your learning.

• Open Admissions Pathways

  Begin your studies through Open Studies, earn credits towards select programs, and use those credits to gain entry. 

• Academic Assessment

  If you are missing some admission requirements, you may be able to take a test to help you qualify.

• Dual Credit

  Take college courses through your high school and earn credit toward both your diploma and your future career or post-secondary program.

• Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR)

  Get credit for what you already know. Your prior work experience and training may count as credit towards some programs.
