Convocation Registration is Closed
To attend Convocation, you must have registered. The deadline to register for Convocation 2012 was Monday, April 30, 2012. We are no longer accepting registrations for Convocation.
Graduates & Guests, Bring Your Ticket
To enter the Winspear, you must present your ticket immediately upon entering. Without a ticket, you will not be able to participate in Convocation. Make certain your guests also have their ticket for entrance!
Extra Guest Tickets Not Available
There are no extra guest tickets available for either the morning or afternoon ceremonies. Due to an overwhelming response from graduates, and a true record breaker for graduate attendance, all tickets have been distributed.
Gown Pick-up at the Winspear
All Practical Nurse graduates will wear their nursing whites while graduates from all other programs will wear a cap and academic gown to participate in their ceremony.
To pick up your gown for the morning ceremony, you must arrive between 8:30 and 9:15 a.m. Go to the coat check area in the Winspear lobby. Volunteers and signs will assist you. Your gown will be reserved under the name you indicated on your registration form. You will be directed back stage to the room reserved for graduate line-up. Volunteers will be available to assist you with your gown and cap.
