This research project developed a pedagogical tool to facilitate effective intercultural communication in the workplace.

10 – Three researchers (Kerry J. Louw, Dr. Tracey M. Derwing, Dr. Marilyn L. Abbott), four job candidates and three job interviewers

Lessons Learned
