The Office of the Registrar will make the following available to each NorQuest College student and alumnus:
- Unofficial (For your information) transcripts, available through your MyQuest account
- Official (Registrar-issued document for external use) transcripts upon request
The registrarial fee paid while registered as a student covers the following lifetime services:
- Credential (certificate or diploma) replacement
- Official transcript production
- Enrolment confirmation letters
These lifetime services will be provided to each current and former NorQuest student, upon request, by the Office of the Registrar.
Requesting an Official/Non-credit transcript
Official transcript
Credit courses help students earn academic credits toward a certificate, diploma. At the end of each course, students are assigned a letter grade ranging from A+ to F. Once all program requirements are met, students receive a recognized academic credential.
Non-credit transcript
Non-credit courses provide opportunities to learn new skills, upgrade current knowledge, and pursue personal or professional development. While these courses do not carry academic credit or apply toward an academic credential, students can earn a certificate of completion or achievement after meeting the requirements of a designated program.
Current NorQuest students
Current students can request an official/non-credit transcript through their MyQuest account.
Transcripts can be:
- Mailed to the student's address or another designated address, or
- Issued electronically through MyCreds™.
Please refer to the instructions sheet for detailed steps on requesting a transcript.
NorQuest Alumni
Alumni (If you have not taken a course in the last 18 months, you must use this form to make a request) must complete the Transcript Request Form. The form must include the name, address, and contact information of the institution, employer, or organization that will receive the transcript.
*Incomplete forms or request may take longer time to process.
Special instructions
If there are any specific requirements or delivery instructions needed to ensure the transcript reaches the correct recipient, please include them on the request form.

MyCreds™ information
- Current students will receive their MyCreds transcript through their NorQuest student email account.
- Alumni may use their personal email address to receive their MyCreds transcript.
- MyCreds charges a fee for sharing official transcripts electronically.
- Each transcript share costs $10 and allows the learner to unlock the document for the recipient and share it multiple times during a time period selected by the learner.
