Kyle Braithwaite is a Partner at Forum, a national real estate development company focused on the development and management of grocery-anchored retail and purpose-built rental communities. In addition to providing strategic planning and business leadership, Kyle is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Forum’s capital projects from conception to completion across Western Canada.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (2002) and a Master of Business Administration (2008) from the University of Alberta. He is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D).
Kyle has served on several non-profit boards and committees, including the Edmonton Christmas Bureau, the Derrick Golf and Winter Club, and, more recently, the Edmonton Scottish United Soccer Club. He is passionate about giving back to the community by supporting organizations in their pursuit of strategic facility enhancements that strengthen program delivery.
Kyle and his wife, Meghann, have three children and reside in Edmonton. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, golf, and playing tennis with his family.
