As the Chief Innovation Officer for Bits in Glass, she leads Data Engineering & AI, spearheading data-driven automation strategies that leverage intelligent automation, generative AI, and advanced data engineering to help organizations modernize and scale.

Recognized as AI Innovator of the Year by Women in AI for her work in AI adoption across public & private sectors. Celia is passionate about empowering organizations to harness data as a strategic asset, ensuring businesses not only adopt AI but build strong data foundations to drive meaningful impact, predictive insights, and competitive advantage.
