Energy affordability research for landlords

Addressing Energy Affordability in Edmonton's Rental Market

Help shape practical solutions that make energy costs more predictable, manageable, and cost-effective for your properties.

The Community Energy Innovation Centre, with funding from the Alberta Real Estate Foundation, is conducting research to better understand energy challenges in the rental market. This work will support the co-development of a Decision-Making Dashboard, a practical tool designed to support energy affordability and retrofit planning for landlords, tenants, and policymakers.
