Volunteer dogs (and their humans) will be on-site to meet anyone who wants to come and hang out with a four-legged friend.
Contact with wellness animals and pet therapy can calm our nervous systems, co-regulate our emotions and reduce stress hormone levels. Whether you are currently experiencing mental health struggles, including addictions/substance use, or you simply need to take a break from studying or work, we’ll be there so come and say hi!
Supported by Recovery on Campus and CAAWLS
Note: If you have allergies or fears/phobias, we recommend avoiding the space or coming into close contact with the animals for the duration of their visit.
